worship pattern...
1ST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH10am: Holy Communion with a more traditional slant. Most of our hymns and songs are accompanied by the organ and the service is fairly quiet and reflective.
Bubble Church takes place in the Community Centre and our families with children up to aged 7 are encouraged to go to this. For families with older children, we encourage the adults to go into church for the Communion service and the children to come and join the Bubble Church Team and help with the service! They are also welcome to stay in the church service if they prefer. See the separate Bubble Church page for more info BUBBLE CHURCH. |
2ND SUNDAY OF THE MONTH8.30am: Said Holy Communion - a quiet and more traditional service.
10am: Morning worship. A relaxed and informal service, with music accompanied mainly by the Band. Our primary school aged children go out to a separate group for some of the service and there is a children’s corner for parents with younger children. Our older ones are encouraged to take part in the service. |
3RD SUNDAY OF THE MONTH10am: Holy Communion - with groups for primary and secondary school aged children. For the tiny ones we have a specially designated children's area where parents can sit with them and still take part in the service. We usually have a Band to help lead our worship and occasionally we include a couple of more traditional hymns on the organ.
6pm: Evensong - for those who like something a bit more traditional. 4TH SUNDAY OF THE MONTH8.30am: Said Holy Communion - a quiet and more traditional service.
10am: 'Going deeper' takes place in the church building and is a service containing worship and the chance to delve a little more deeply into the word of God. There is a group for primary school aged children during this service and a children’s area in the church where parents can sit with their tiny ones and still take part in the service. Our older children are encouraged to take part in the service. 5TH SUNDAY OF THE MONTH10am All age worship – what it says on the tin! Relaxed, informal and a chance for all ages to worship together with something for everybody!
